With over 24 years of design leadership experience, I have considerable expertise in addressing complicated problems in user experience and product design for Fortune 500 companies.

My track record includes leading and managing the design vision of 6 SaaS and bespoke enterprise applications, where I managed design teams with up to 14 members. I guided cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable design solutions. Using these solutions, my teams created delightful user experiences that delivered business value and produced millions in operational savings.  

In the last decade, my work has focused on automating and consolidating multiple workstreams for monetization as part of corporate digital transformations for clients in the technology, education, and oil & gas sectors.

Previously, I headed web portals' research and user experience design for lifestyle and pharmaceutical brands as part of their marketing ecosystem at major advertising agencies.
